Yeah, I think it's more background but it might be useful one day. We still don't really have an idea what's beyond all the countries retrieving a fragment of the Moon.

It does sound something like that. Though, it is ironic an Easterner also partook in taking a piece of that meteor on East territory.
But, I doubt Joseph had any relation to whoever was speaking.
