[ He actually gives that some thought. Khun is the sort of person Kurapika would need to make an entire plan for, since ambushing him wouldn't be easy, even for something like silly like that. ]

Kurapika summons his chains, pulling out one with a ball at the end. Using his dowsing chain might give them a sense of where to focus their illusory spells... ]

At least you know that about me by now. [ watching the chains with interest. he can guess that it's not a weapon by how it looks. ]

Dowsing Chain. I had this skill in back home, so I've simply transferred it here.

[ So he'll put his magic into it, letting it radiate out to sense the presence of the frog he's looking for nearby...

With a 10, the chain starts to slowly swing northeast. It's not as precise as Kurapika would like, but... good enough. ]

I can find whatever I like. Or detect lies... though I haven't tried that here.

Interesting. But wizards are supposed to be truthful, aren't they? Not that that applies to any of the country representatives.

[ khun's fine with following kurapika's lead as he should probably save all his magic for the actual illusion work. ]

Some definitely like to obscure the truth. Though none of it has been pressing enough that I would need to detect their lies.
