That's kind of you, Jing Yuan. Your faith in me means a lot, you know.
[ And thanks for the topic change, you're a real one. He doesn't like thinking about Collodi's dead body, especially after he'd talked to the guy weeks ago. Yamato also thought he intentionally did all of this before he found out that it was just an experiment gone terribly wrong, so...his feelings are complicated, to say the least.
Speaking of which, though... ]
I did. His name was Joseph Collodi -- the creator that perished on our mission.
I suppose I may as well ask about what the two of you spoke then at the time, if it is not too much trouble.
[ Jing Yuan offers, as a just in case. It seems kind of unavoidable, though he will certainly try another time to shift gears if it appears it's a bit too much in this regard as well.
But, sometimes fate points one in a certain direction, and there are reasons for that. ]
Don't worry about it. I don't mind talking about it.
[ He sees that damb expression and can't help but laugh a little. Jing Yuan...you are trying your best and that's what matters. ]
I just know he was really, really into advancing his creations and pushing them further. I gave him a suggestion...to make them sing. And, well. He definitely did that, and we saw it on the mission.
[ His efforts are being acknowledged and he is glad it is not due to gracelessness in conversation but simply happenstance. Anyway... ]

[ . . .
The look on his face is just the epitome of damb. Just wanted to let you know that. ]
