[ Yamato's room is extremely bare, devoid of decor or flair. It has a lot of space because of that. The only pieces of furniture available other than his bed are 1) an arm chair with a green throw pillow on it, and 2) an empty bookshelf in the corner of his room. It'd almost feel a little eerie if not for the cool tones of green that are present in certain areas of his room: The blanket on his bed, the rug that covers the center of his floor, and the off shade of green on his roomba.
The main thing to note is that on the wall next to the entrance is a framed print of a large number 7, which is colored with a rainbow gradient that goes out of order: Blue, green, orange, sky blue, purple, yellow, and red. It's the only piece in his room that has colors in it that aren't white or green.
Still, for those who are looking to feel incredibly homey, this probably isn't the room for you. It's not like its owner really provides much comfort, either.

[Malice has absolutely been keeping an eye on who goes where to figure out where everyone's rooms are. After all, what if he needs to call on someone in the middle of the night for Reasons?? So clearly he doesn't want to knock on the wrong door in case any of these humans keep reasonable hours (they do not).

[ Just as Leo starts walking away, Yamato opens the door and looks down at the offering at his door. ]

[ On a certain beautiful day, early in the first week, Yamato gets a polite knock on his door. When he answers, he'll find Ginger standing in front of his room, a little nervous, a little excited. In his arms, a vase of beautiful lilies. ]

[Malice has gotten a surprising hang of magic so far. He works best when he has a task set for him to focus on, so he's been working on perfecting the ones from last week. Currently, he's out in the courtyard (in the shade, of course) where he can practice summoning and floating on his broom. (Thankfully, he's in his usual outfit and not wearing the damn maid dress.) He's got that much down at least and he's hovering about a foot off the ground easily, but getting it to cooperate while flying is a bit more of an issue.]

[Malice has had some time to think about everything that happened yesterday, and it's left him feeling on edge. He doesn't really have anyone to talk to about all of this... but he finds himself staring at Yamato's door anyway. After a moment of thought, he returns to his room, grabbing a bottle of wine and returning to Yamato's door, to at least pretend to have a reason to talk to him that isn't "so I'm feeling kind of upset by everything that happened" because that would just be a silly reason. Malice can't afford weakness like that, after all.
He would knock, but he's got the claws on and he has the bottle in his good hand, so after spending a moment looking between his hands and the door and quietly complaining about his inability to not be edgy for five minutes, Malice speaks up.]

[Malice refuses to let anyone else carry Yamato back to his room after all of that. It isn't that he doesn't trust them, rather this is something he can do and it's something he wants to do, since he couldn't even manage to heal his friend.
(And that's something he's going to be mad at himself for later, but for now—)
For now, he carefully leaves Yamato in his (still sort of depressing) room to hopefully sleep off the recovery process. Comet and Day's magic should be enough to heal everything, but it's not like Malice has ever seen a gunshot wound before, so he's not really sure. He lingers in the doorway for a moment, studying Yamato's sleeping figure with an expression that's conflicted.
He's happy Yamato's alive. He's angry that Yamato took a bullet for him. He's exhausted, after all of that. He's also pretty damn hungry what with all that blood, but that's the sort of thing he can only tell Mika - and even then, Mika wouldn't be in any mood to think about it right now. Honestly, Malice just wants to go back to bed, but more than that...
He needs to move. He needs to stop thinking and empty his mind. So out he goes, leaving the manor's grounds for a bit to train until he's damn near too exhausted to get back. It gets the excess nervous energy out and it makes him feel a little better, a little more like he's in control of his situation. That isn't the reality, of course, but it helps, and that's the most Malice can ask for right now.

Stupid, mildly-threatening thoughts aside, Malice shuts the door behind him and moves into the room proper, finding a chair and pulling it close to the bed. He can stay awake a little longer. Just until Yamato's up, he tells himself.]

[ Comet and Day's work was more than sufficient enough to keep Yamato alive and stable. The wound and the pain haven't fully gone away, but it's miraculously bearable, thanks to the power of magic. If this were back at home, it's unclear if he would've made it out that easy. He owes them a lot, when he's back to full health.
For now, though, he's tired. There's a lot to unpack. He honestly doesn't even know what happened after he got shot because everything was a blur after that and shoved to the back of his mind. There's also fruit jam inside, nice and sweet, and with not a lot of that overly processed sugar Ithaqua dislikes either. How did he get it in there? Magic, of course. What flavors are there? Strawberry, blueberry, peach, lemon marmalade, and orange marmalade.
